Passing this would open the can of worms that is establishing a precedent for having legislation apply to our Discord server. Let's please not do that, it's not something we will ever fuckin' need and will just be a trainwreck and a half to manage if we do it.

I'm serious because I don't think any of us want to go down the rabbit hole that establishing any sort of legislation over our Discord server will bring. I ain't fucking willing to deal with Discord bullshit having to go to the courts any time someone gets banned because it's an official legislated regional entity now.

Hm. In light of recent debate, maybe it would be a good idea to bring Discord management under regional law. We do it for the forums and those aren’t even used as much as Discord.

Also, I agree with Roavin. This should be a constitutional law. And second Serres’s suggested amendment.
