I agree with the vote. Long we're there too many loopholes in this amendment, and now with it being patched up, private information will be much easier to cover up. I vote FOR updating the amendment.

Here's the reason why I voted Nay:
It essentially makes it so that if a government member were doing something un-Charterable, someone cannot leak this info. It would be useful for this info to be leaked because, obviously, it would notify the region that a government member wee doing something unconstitutional, in which case we could dismiss them.
This amendment protects uncharterable members.
