What's the deal with publicly tracking and shaming every nation that isn't endorsing

I don't understand this complaint. Across my main account and my CRS WA account, I've received a lot of mass TGs notifying me to join the WA and endorse the CRS. We've been reaching out to everybody for months now. The Dispatch system allows us to be more targeted, so we aren't filling up TG inboxes of people who are already endorsing all CRS members.

So because you personally don't want to be pinged, we should scrap a system Farengeto has spent weeks working on and instead write an entirely new, more complicated system to replace it? So far, you're the only complaint we've received. That's a lot of time to waste addressing a single person's unhappiness with receiving a tiny notification every now and then.

You can easily disable Dispatch pings: https://www.nationstates.net/page=subscriptions
