I enter my argument in support of the defendant.

The only reason the plantiff seems to be presenting this is because he/she has a personal grudge against the defendant.
A lot of us on the RMB may be annoyed by the defendant sometimes. But the plantiff (along with another citizen, Techolandia) takes it too far, to the point of harrasment, a crime that is not only illegal in the RMB Rules but the Criminal Code itself.
The plantiff seems to be presenting this accusation because of a personal grudge, not because it's actually true. This is actually corruption. The plantiff wishes to remove a regional official from office because of a personal grudge, and install someone else (Probably the plantiff himself or Techolandia) in the defendant's place.
I, personally, find no evidence of corruption in the claims posted by the plantiff, rather the plantiff's view when he reads them. The defandant has accepted no bribes by any citizen, nor has harbored any clear, over-the-top bias when suppressing posts.

Unfortunately, that behavior is the only way to make Auphelia actually care. Auphelia has also done what, in my opinion, is harassment to me, by taking basically everything I say as offensive. That exact image you include is a great example. The only thing I ever tried to do was provide feedback to her, and it eventually gets to that point because she just ignores all criticism because she clearly thinks she's perfect.
Despite this, none of this has any relation to corruption. She abuses her position of LC to make herself seem like a nice person. It's likely why both Beepee and Prarie are trying to defend her. You fail to provide any legitimate reason why she isn't corrupt. Basically all your doing is explaining why she isn't a bad Local Councillor. That's fine, except it has no relevance here. I'm explaining how she used her position as Local Councillor to basically ignore the other LCs. In other words, she is basically acting as the entire Local Council and not taking criticism about it.

Both Midand and Havenfell clearly have no problem with inappropriate language, yet she does.

The Court requests that parties refrain from posting in this thread unless they are submitting evidence that will inform the pending determination of justiciability. While arguments on the merits of the charges have a time and place, this is not it.

Determination of Justiciability

Whereas New Haudenosaunee Confederacy requested this Court that a review be conducted on certain issues related to the application of the Criminal Code with the following question:

A current Local Councillor, Auphelia, is very corrupt. I originally described this on the RMB. I am now making a criminal complaint.

Whereas this Court has conducted a careful review of the merits of such a request on the basis of probable cause that the preliminary evidence presented constitutes commission of a crime;

It is resolved with respect to this question as follows:

1. It is not deemed justiciable, on account that the preliminary evidence presented does not constitute probable cause that Auphelia obtains a benefit through the misuse of communication powers.
   
2. This determination does not preclude the future filing of charges with additional evidence that would address the concerns expressed herewith.

It is so ordered.
