Legislators,

A proposal has been introduced to amend Article 1, Section 3 of the Criminal Code.

The debate thread can be found here.

A motion and a second have been received to bring this amendment to a vote.

As this amendment is for a general law, the voting period is three days and will require a simple majority to pass. The vote will end on 15 November, 2018, at 1:15 p.m. (UTC).

Please vote by poll if possible. If you cannot vote by poll, post 'Aye', 'Nay' or 'Abstain' in this thread. Please do not vote both by poll and by post. Comments and discussion belong in the debate thread and may be moved there.

Quote:c. The High Court shall be the relevant institution for information from private discussions of the High Court.
d. The Cabinet shall be the relevant institution for all other private information that originates in official South Pacific discussion areas.

The vote to amend Article 1, Section 3 of the Criminal Code has passed.

The final tally is 23 in favour, 3 in opposition, with 13 abstentions.
