It has come to the attention of the Conch Kingdom administration that Escade, Tim, and Yuno were banned from The South Pacific. The administration of TSP has refused to release any evidence, and CK is starting to lose their patience. Baseless accusations and a complete lack of transparency will not be tolerated, and if TSP continues down this path, CK will be forced to withdraw.

In the interest of allowing a fair chance, TSP will be offered a week to remedy this and publicly release compelling evidence.
Should The South Pacific fail to release satisfactory evidence for all three of the cases, or issue a formal apology to the accused by December fifth of the year 2018, CK will not hesitate to dissolve the Seashell Accords, withdraw embassies, and cease all diplomatic relations between TSP and CK.

I did in fact talk to Roavin, though I did not see anything particularly damning. What I'm asking for is transparency with the public though. I have seen absolutely no publicly released evidence for any of those three cases. With that clarified, the ultimatum's terms remain unchanged.

I have generously given the administration of TSP a week to provide us with evidence, and they have failed to do so. As a consequence, I'm sorry to say that we have no choice but to dissolve the Seashell Accords and withdraw embassies. As required by Article VIII section 2 of the Seashell Accords, this is your five day notice.

This is a formal withdrawal of the notice that was given, in light of evidence provided by Prarie. The administration of CK will reconsider their decision to sever relations with TSP.

I apologize for the late response, but CK has decided. Having seen the evidence, we believe TSP had enough evidence to ban Tim and Escade. However, let the record show that we found the evidence to be weak, and we were provided with little of it. To further sum it up, we do not believe Tim and Escade to be guilty of harassment, though we can see to some extent how you could see it that way. I hope that is a satisfactory ending for everybody involved.

On a purely personal note, I see no use, need or reason to have an "ally" that feels entitled to treat us the way Conch Kingdom has. Forum Administration was not looking for validation from foreign roleplayed governments when it acted, and it isn't looking for validation now.
