I am running for WA delegate in another region. I will be keeping my main in this region which is Benjamin Mark and moving a puppet to that region. I was wondering is that okay, or will that create a conflict of interest. If that will create a conflict of interest, I'll gladly step down as legislator.

Nope, that's allowed. Legislator Committee or CRS may ask you which nation has your WA membership, that's all.

Just note that if you're running for elections here, you will have to disclose that.

If I'm elected as Delegate, my puppet Sirian will hold WA. My main is Benjamin Mark and will remain in TSP along with another nation Benjamin Mark II.
