[PASSED] Cabinet Legislator Committee Appointments

Our boy roavin seems to have a habit of picking fights with people on here and has shown himself to act in anger or in the heat of the moment in a rash way before: I am not saying that roavin would have reasons to or would actually try to breach confidentiallity, just that it might be possible.

Roavin as a forum administrator has the technical and legal power to gather any information about anyone who uses this forum no matter if they are a legislator or not so your question is invalid.

I dont think the question is too bad, as it doesnt just mean roavin: I used him as an example, but im interested if she would breach confidentiality at all

Please use a better example because the one you stated is rather inaccurate.

Whilst its up to Seraph if he wants to answer, TBH, IoU, I'm not sure your question to Seraph is particularly appropriate either. I get that you're trying not to be offensive, but the question kind of is.

I really hope it doesnt come off that way... I think the question deserves asking but only because it's effected him before.

I get that that's your interpretation of the matter, however I believe it may be flawed and I remain of my previous view. I do think you should at least reword.

I think if you'll recall seraph did an excellent job as delegate and is a much beloved member of the TSP family. furthermore seraph has performed at a consistently high level in his other held positions.

The information that the Legislator Committee has is largely OOC sensitive. I don't see a reason to breach OOC sensitive information. I do have an OOC friendship with Roavin but that doesn't mean I'll do anything he says Tounge

At Seraph: You have consitently mentioned your mental illness as a reason precluding your activity in TSP, this (i believe) has been a reason you not only didnt seek a second term as delegate, but also a reason you went on a leave of absence. I dont mean to offend you when i ask you if you think that your illness will affect your term as commisioner, or if you believe it has the chance to lead you to resign or not do the job to the best level possible. I dont mean to imply that mentally ill people cannot serve in tsp or that you are not fit for office, but it is concerning that your illness has affected your tsp involvment before.

At nakari: It looks like you have a personal relationship with roavin and some members of roavins familiy (i believe this includes real life meetings) If roavin were to ask you to breach confidentiality of legislators information, would you? Again i know these topics are sensitive, but i believe them important enough to ask. I hope that my attempts to ask in a non offensive way come accross to you both, and i also hope that your awnsers are sincere and made not with the goal of being appointed.

An honest, short answer would be: it might do - it's certainly not outside the realms of possibility. I hope it doesn't.

I should add that Timscade's effect on my anxiety was a bigger factor in not running for a second term and taking a break than just anxiety on its own.

Eh, I did drop the ball in my second MoRA term. That was burnout and house moving, mostly.

Hold on I’d like the Cabinet to answer question 2 and 3 of my initial post.
