The Delegate is not part of the MoFA, so I cant answer on that front.
But I can answer as a citizen and Legislator in this great region. In my opinion, or best (and iirc, longest) ally is TNP. We've most always gotten on well with them, and they with us. I havent talked with Somy or Roavin about it, but I assume from their campaigns (and lack of notices to the Assembly) that we havent discussed anything major with them this term.

What makes you more fitting for the role than other candidates? My greatest weakness is truely the RMB. Ive had trouble with finding the time to ingest the conversation(s) on the RMB, and participate. Elected or not, I will make a concerted effort to get rolling with the RMB crowd

And I will ALWAYS encourage players to join the WA, or bring their WA to TSP. For a long while, up until SWAN started, we had one of the worst feeder delegate endo rates. We're getting better! For going about it, I think SWAN (@ USoVietnam) is doing an amazing job at pulling in WAs and getting them to endorse not only the delegate and CRS, but cross endorsing other nations as well! Encouraging participation in SWAN would be the easiest way.
