[PASSED] Amendment to Article VIII of the Charter (High Court's Mandate)

Legislators,

The following Amendment to the Charter of the Coalition of the South Pacific, having been motioned to vote and seconded, is now brought to vote.

The debate thread can be found here.

As this is an amendment to a constitutional law, the voting period is five days and will require a three-fifths supermajority to pass. The vote will end on 18 January, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. (UTC). 

Please either vote by poll or by posting 'Aye', 'Nay' or 'Abstain' in this thread.

Comments and discussion shall be posted in the debate thread of this Amendment, which is provided above.

Questions can be sent to the Assembly Administration Team by sending a private message (Discord or forums) to Chair Amerion, Deputy Chairs Nakari, Rebeltopia or Bzerneleg.

The vote to amend Article VIII of the Charter of the Coalition of the South Pacific has passed.

The final tally is 37 in favour, 3 in opposition, with 13 abstaining.
