How will you train new MoRA members and turn them into future leaders?

Hi USoV, awesome question.

Well there's a lot to be said for training through doing. But also setting out clear instructions and goals.

That positive, encouraging and nudging manager who let's you grow and learn. That's me! Giving tasks to the team so they can lead and grow. But keeping an eye on things so it doesn't go haywire.

You'll also see one of my tasks is to set up guidance notes including for new RA members. Setting out what to do and how to do it, what's expected etc. Much like somy's ones for new ambassadors. I imagine them to be a useful reference for newbies and, perhaps, old hats alike.

Also keeping people engaged and keeping MoRA discord active, so they can learn/talk about what's going on and and encourage a circle of growth.

Smile thanks

May I ask, could you go into further details on what these tasks are about? As a legislator myself, I'd like to see the exciting things I would have to do under your term.

By the way, your campaign is going great so far. I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks TG for the question.

The MoRA is a large sprawling Ministry with lots of different sides. It would be impossible for one person to so it all.

So I would be looking for help on a wide range of things and it would be what that legislator is good at and wants to do.

A big focus has been on journalism and dispatches, so I'll need help on articles and publication.

We want to do big and small events, so it's be great if people are interested in leading or help with setting up on that. It includes doing work in RMB, the forum and discord.

There's also the welcoming and integration team who would be there to help bring people across all the parts if TSP.

It would really depend on what you would want to do and where you think you'd be most interested.

MoRAs been a bit quiet recently, because of Pandas other commitments, so one of my first tasks will be to see who wants to take part and what we have to do. I look forward to seeing you there Wink
