Regional commendations would be an ideal starting point. We can begin with three tiers of service and work from there. In a similar fashion, we can also include military decorations.

As I am not familiar with the software, I assume administrators will manually be adding these awards to users' profiles. I do not imagine there will be a sudden influx of work on your parts as these awards will likely go through the Assembly process before distribution (Islands would be proud).
