I do like this, as I'm very good at forgetting to check things, and this would serve as a nice reminder.

I like a dispatch too. After my slightly-overzealous previous proposal, it seems a very good middle ground between "letting the people who care enough know" and "needlessly annoying people who don't really have an interest"

I do think the 2nd dispatch is overkill. If your told by dispatch theres an election starting, you dont need another dispatch to tell you to vote. If you dont pay attention to the debate/platforms, I really dont want you voting... (kinda like real life!

I think that's the principle on which SWAN works. It's the same dispatch, but I get tagged in it every time it's updated
