Delegate 4 Lyf
#21

I know this was just floating the idea, but I have to say I'm not opposed to this.

We have a lot of ways for people to get involved and represented and the delegate can give, essentially, all powers outside of the WA. I know we still don't treat the PM like the head of the government, but that's more our problem than anything else. The PM could be highly active in-game — they have all the powers to be.

Given that we are a democratic region, I oppose this (it was dropped, but, eh, must give my opinion).

But if we're doing it in the future, can we call the position Emperor plz
Deputy Regional Minister of the Planning and Development Agency(March 8-May 19, 2014)

Just as a quick side note, is there an appetite to explore the Delegate's ceremonial powers? For example, they could grant honorifics on Coalition Day or provide proclamations for new laws, etc.
