There are no laws covering hate speech and freedom of speech.

The only law that underlines, and would later explain it in detail would be this sentence.

which would then be legally explained in another underlying sentence

In Ryccia, unless advocating for the murder of any person, hate speech is completely legal, so long as it is not used to harass individuals.

Example:
"I hate black people, black people are inferior" - Legal
"Kill all jews" - Straight to the slammer
"You disgusting Chinaman twat" - Once, legal; Repeated behaviour (especially online), bring the racist to jail bois (falls under harassment and such)

Hate speech is illegal under Novanian Law, and is punishable by fines and jail time.

In Christdale, Hate speech is protected under the constitution, as free speech. This was ruled on by the supreme court in Gladon v. Contan
