In accordance with the Sunshine Act, the Cabinet is releasing the following threads and discussions dated from June to October 2019.^[1] Two threads as well as some Discord conversations have not been released due to security or diplomatic considerations.^[2] The next Sunshine Act release is scheduled for August 2020, six months after the conclusion of the October 2019 - February 2020 Cabinet.

[1] Sunshine Act, Article 2. Publishing of Discussions, Clause 2, stipulates: 'The release of discussions shall occur at the following times:
a. For a Cabinet term, discussions from the Cabinet shall be released no later than 6 months after the completion of that term.'
[2] Sunshine Act, Article 2. Publishing of Discussions, Clause 3, stipulates: 'Discussions may be withheld from release if
a. they are ongoing or directly related to another ongoing discussion,
b. if the public release of information contained therein threatens the security of the region or an ally,
c. if any personally identifiable information is contained therein, or
d. if they contain diplomatic conversations with other regions or organizations.'
