Thank you for the question. Typically, in-game embassies with the South Pacific have been reserved for regions that are either game-created regions or regions that have maintained a friendly and/or strategically important relationship with the South Pacific. The consulate is the first step toward a greater relationship with the South Pacific, so India's off to a great start. Smile
