Report on Sunshine Act Compliance

Following a review of the content within 2504 Lampshade Street, the High Court has authorised the disclosure of 28 threads that were overdue for disclosure and 1 thread that was soon approaching the date for mandatory disclosure, in compliance with the Sunshine Act. These threads feature private discussions held between 2018 and 2020, including case deliberations, policy discussions and other internal exchanges. Where discussions related to an existing thread also occurred through real time communication, logs of those discussions have been reproduced.
