A project to set up a comprehensive card organization to provide a space for the South Pacific's card community and rewards for any effort of contributing to the region.

This is a project led by the Ministry of Engagement to establish a card organization named South Pacific Association for Cards Exchange (SPACE) for the South Pacific. It will provide a platform for all card traders in the region and cards to use as reward by other government bodies. The organization will have a co-operative farming model where each member may dedicate puppets to farming for cards to use as rewards in exchange for card rewards and other benefits. It will also be the principal organizer of card-related events in TSP such as pull events and giveaways. The organization is planned to be independent from this ministry once it is established.

SPACE core mission is to:

• Provide a platform for TSP card traders to communicate, receive assistance, benefits, enrich their experience, and have fun; and
  
• Provide cards for other government bodies (e.g. SWAN, Ministry of Culture, SPSF,...) to use as rewards.
  

Tl;dr on how it works

Any citizen of the Coalition may sign up to become a member of SPACE and dedicate some puppets they own to farming cards for SPACE. Members will answer issues on these puppets. Any legendary or other valuable cards farmed on these puppets will be collected by SPACE (to be used as rewards by other government bodies). In returns, members who answer the n^th most issues on their dedicated puppets of a month will receive the n^th most valuable card SPACE collected in that month (E.g. if you answered the second most issues on your dedicated puppets in a month, you will receive the second most valuable card SPACE found in that month). Aside from this, members will receive other benefits like being able to request cards from dedicated puppets of other members.

What are the benefits?

• A member will receive the n^th most valuable card SPACE found in a particular month if they answered the n^th most issues in that month.
  
• Members may request any card on dedicated puppets of other members  (with limitation on the simultaneous number of requests)
  
• Minimum one free card giveaway per month.
  
• Hand-on training from experienced traders.
  
• Non-members can also participate in pull events (minimum one per month).
  

What is the timeline?

• Stage 1: Launch a bare bone version of the program, with only the issue counting/card reward mechanism to test out the concepts and get some experience operating the program. Citizens may start signing up at this stage.
  
• Stage 2: Add the card request benefit and test it out.
  
• Stage 3: Write the necessary guides and other information sources for new members.
  
• Stage 4: Official launch!
