You would need the endorsements before it was official but if Tsu allowed it and the people were somewhat willing to follow out of fear or obligation effectively yes it would. He is at least leading this coup and people are agreeing to follow out of fear or sense of duty, however some are resisting and leaving the region (I don't know if it forceful). If we do condemn the coup we will be condemning a citizen here and the actions they took.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

I don't think he'd be delegate elect. I mean ... you have to win an election for that.

You can be delegate chosen? Or delegate in waiting? But I think appointing a delegate makes the "elect" part inaccurate.

I mean, hell, under that reasoning I could just bypass all our laws and simply make a deal with Tsu. We split the region 50/50, and screw all the people who used to have a voice in who their leaders were. There are such things as social contracts and consent of the governed. You know that, right?

If Spiritus took the time to apologise for the actions of its founder, Tim Stark, I think we're fine to condemn the actions of someone who happens to be a citizen.

One of the definitions for elect is: selected, as for an office, but not yet inducted

Elect by definition implies being elected to something. Even by the Transitional Government's version of the story he was not elected.

Kris it's not legal at all and it goes against everything I believe in but yes you could technically do that. I know about all of those I was just saying what you could technically do. Basically its transitive property: People consent to Tsu, Tsu consents to Kris, People consent to Kris.

No! That's not how democracy works! I mean, I don't even know where to start here, because the entire argument is just so flawed. Please, tell me you've been joking.

Kris I would never seriously consider doing that and I have a hard time believing people have. I was simply playing Devil's Advocate here.  It's undemocratic, goes against this region's, this Assembly's, my party's and my personal beliefs.  I aware of how democracy works but that's the logic just used in Osiris by Cormac and Tim Stark!

Because TSP's coup was illegal and Osiris's wasn't. Such logic and totally not biased.
I am Zadiner/Zak. Part of Assembly, some other stuff, Founder of some other region.
Hey, I have a bunch of issues. You don't need to care.
