It looks accurate enough to me on a quick skim read, without checking all the events in question.

I do not believe that it is SC rules compliant though, in that you refer to the nation of Tsunamy holding offices like "Minister" that only an individual could hold.

There's actually precedent for that, so mods deem it legal. Still, I can probably think of ways to ICify that more. Maybe that Tsunamy was in charge of the Ministry?
