[PASSED] Court Reform - this time for real

This seems like a good plan, as really only Kringle is the judge rn.

So, I'd like to move forward on this. Here are the remaining addressable topics as I see them:
  • Is 72 hours too short of a minimum case time?
  • Should sentencing be separate from a criminal case?

Barring discussion, I intend to motion this to vote on Friday.

I don't share your enthusiasm for this, but it's not horrifically broken and/or horrible. It also corrects a couple of omissions in the current law re; appeals, burdens, etc.

I'd rate it "better than what we currently have".

Article 7.2 could probably do with something along the line of factual error/new evidence included.

Hm, that's an entirely new thing. I'll start a new thread on that.

For now, I'll motion this for a vote.

A quick update from the Cabinet: Due to various circumstances (including RL circumstances), we don't have the two nominees for associate Justice yet. We are working hard at it together with Chief Justice Kris, though, and should have nominees very, very soon.
