Mallorea and Riva's citizenship
#21

He can appeal to the Assembly if the Cabinet REMOVES his citizenship, but the Assembly isn't really an "official" for the purpose of application denial in the first place. Appeal to the Assembly is in a different part of the Charter.

Edit: Nvm, I see what you're talking about. Apparently you an appeal both a denial and a removal.

Not really:

Charter, Article 1, Section 2 Wrote:4. In the event that an applicant is denied the reason for denial must be disclosed by the Vice Delegate. The applicant may appeal their denial to the Assembly which may reverse the denial by a 75% majority vote in favor.

Kris, Arbiter, Tsu, where do you guys stand on this?

I think Arbiter is away? I'm not sure when was Tsu going to return?
Personally, I'm voting Yes.

I'm on vacation. I'll still be here, but just not as often.

I'll go along with whatever you guys think is best.

Speaking of citizenships, have you guys noticed how PUT has applied for citizenship in every single GCR over the last few hours?

I'm not exactly sure what Kris is voting 'Yes' to? Denying it? If so, then yes.

Yeah, voting "yes" means voting for Arbiter to deny his application.

Seeing as how we have reached a majority on this, I will be denying Mall citizenship "Due to the Cabinet having found him a security threat because of his orchestration of the Milograd coup, and his history with other GCR coups."

I spoke with Mall, Cormac, and a few others on IRC. Here are some logs taken from that conversation:

I would like to know why you think Mall was involved in the OFO coup. Also, what other GCR Coups (Aside from TSP) has he participated in?
