Taking Belschaft seriously is a generally bad idea. So as a rule of thumb, I'd advise against doing so.

He's innocent until proven guilty. If he committed crimes, take him to Court. It's not fair to continue to harp on this while failing to take any action. Obviously he did something wrong, as he apologized for it, but if it was criminal, why has nothing been done?
