LegComm: Accepted Change in Article 3 of the Code of Laws

Lol. Ever heard of influence? It's part of what keeps TSP safe. A zero influence raider wouldn't have the influence to do a lot of damage to this region and it would give us plenty of time to retake the delegacy.

Now if Kris couped, with his influence when he was delegate, he'd be able to cause some significant damage to the region.

Don't give him ideas :p

Please. Ever heard of Frank Underwood?

Quick word from a former leader in the SPSF. Raiding most times requires ejecting the Delegate your overthrowing unless you come in with a HUGE force if you plan on holding a region.
As former leader and one that was involved in EVERY mission since last April, we did not usually go after well established regions, nor did we ban anyone. Most of our raids, we were out by the next update.
When on joint ops with other groups like TNP or Europia, If we weren't the lead, we never went against the other armies actions once THEY gained control. Issues were addressed BEFORE any actions.
The relationship with Europeia and TNP happened AT THE CABINET's request, to aid in treaty negotiation a the time, it's not like the SPSF is some rogue army griefing regions. When NOT working with other armies, raids primarily happened against warzones. There is no such thing as a warzone native. The only purpose of warzones is to see to long you can hold it.
And we WERE NOT THE LEAD in Fandom Alliance and at the time Fandom Alliance was founderless and pretty much dead so I don't see where the hub bub was. Even our own Southern Times reported it as:
"
On December 6 the South Pacific Special Forces joined the North Pacific Army and the Europeian Republican Navy in a mission to occupy a small founderless region called Fandom Alliance, with a North Pacific operative serving as the lead. Minister CrimsonTideFan highlighted the cooperation between the three militaries in a brief statement that same day.

While some celebrated the mission, there has been a negative reaction, most prominently from Unibot, who argued that conducting raids was detrimental to the reputation and good image of the South Pacific. Those who supported the operation countered that the South Pacific is not a defender region and is within its rights to raid other regions. A discussion was opened in the Assembly about the issue, that has since been moved to a citizens-only section of the forum, presumably the debate has continued there."

While I respect Unibot's beliefs in defenderism, having him annoyed at a raid is NOT an international incident and shortly after came to help at the SPSF's request in the liberation of Anne Frank, which involved over 28 other regions.

The SPSF was doing just fine, thank you.

Anne Frank was a great mission. Gotta love how those Nazis bring opposing sides together to fight them Tounge

I'm quite sure everyone here who says it ok to banjected natives wouldn't like it if they or any native in TSP was banjected. I think they would call it "sick" and " discussing" however when it's another region its ok isn't it.

No it's not ok.

Agreed.

I can agree with this as well. But, being a non-labeled region we can either raid or defend to our own benefit.

And I do not lean defendant, even if the ideology is right in many points. Why I don't lean defendant? Because this is a game! We are not RL killing or ejecting anyone from their lands! Its a virtual game, where you can't get hurt phisically. So since this is a virtual world, I prefer benefit rather than doing good all the time. Although I feel bad and guilty about ejecting natives, its a game. I realized that.

Of course, just because you can get physically hurt does not in any way mean that you cannot get emotionally hurt (not trying to be disagreeable, just pointing this out).
