@Punch Seeing as how you have been constantly questioning the legality of Belschafts actions pertaining to Operation Brave Little Toaster, allow me to elaborate:

Treason - Article 5.1 of The Code of Laws states "Treason shall be defined as plotting against the Coalition"
It does not state in what way one must be plotting. Given this, "Electoral Fraud" can be categorized as an act of treason.

Conspiracy (i.e. plotting) - an act of treason as defined by The Code of Laws.
Whether or not one goes through with said plot is irrelevant. The Code of Laws does not differentiate "Treason" and "Conspiracy to commit Treason"

Electoral Fraud - Rigging elections to support an individual whom shares your personal goals/opinions with the purposes of achieving said goals.
Belschaft clearly had ulterior motives. Removing Unibot and Sandaoguo from the region, repealing our treaty with The Rejected Realms.

His recent actions prove that he was in no way sincere in his apology for Operation Brave Little Toaster, does not regret his actions, APPROVES of his actions as "right" and "legal"

He clearly does not care for the laws of the region unless it suits his own agenda.

That didn't make much sense TAC. As I said it depends on how you describe treason, I have always said Bel did commit treason. I was just merely pointing out that Bel in our laws has never done anything wrong, I have already said that this needs to be rectified.

On the contrary, The Code of Laws defines Treason so generally that it allows Treason to be interpreted in all its forms.

Tsu, with all due respect, you've undermine our democracy with these actions. I see a list of alleged crimes that Bels should have gone to trial for, and not a single mention of how he directly threatens our security that warrants the stripping of citizenship. If this was about security, the statement would be about how he directly threatened our security.

I actually abstained from this vote SB. The above is just my statement on Bel's accusation against me.
