What type of operations do you believe won't upset the Assembly? There are people who are against defending and others that don't like raiding. What are you thinking would be acceptable?
If you can't make updates, wouldn't Henn effectively be in charge even if you're elected?
Updates are the bread and butter of an effective military. If you can't raid, defend, liberate, reinforce, or train, everything else is just empty frivolity.

I would for the most part be running the show from the back. I would of course be able to help with training and reinforcement.

What are update times and how many of them can you regularly make?

Updates begin at 12:00 ET, both AM and PM. These both go on for some time depending on various regions.
Noon updates: could probably make 2 or 3 a week. Midnight updates: 1 per week or less.
