We, the Laiwanese Government, have held a vote in the Laiwanese National Congress. With a 170 vs. 30, Laiwan hereby condemns the blatant abuse of Ryccians by the Ryccian Government and imposes sanctions on oil(since we do not have trade with any other TSP nation other than Ryccia, we cannot boycott Ryccia, as they are our main trading partner. However, oil is something we can manage as to the existance of oil reserves in Laiwan. If we impose full sanctions, Ryccia might declare an embargo even after the crisis, and our economy would suffer greatly for years to come. They will also might take the city of Mura by force, as it is under dispute with Ryccia and Laiwan. If we are total enemies of theirs, our proximity might cause a reconquest of Ryccia by invading Laiwan, our country. We hope that TSP defends us in such a situation, as we have only 700,000 troops and no nuclear warheads, as it is forbidden by law, while Ryccia has 35,000,000 troops and 16,000 nuclear warheads, or even more).

We recommend an Oversight Committee as the one being discussed by the SCO. However, an immediate international trial might trigger war, as we know how Ryccia's attitude is. We should know, as we were part of them for hundreds of years.

We consider the SCO's actions as fair. We would like to propose the lowering of Ryccia's military to 10,000,000, and their nuclear arsenal to be dismantled in half(8,000 warheads disarmed).

We don't know how will this impact Ryccian-Laiwanese Relations, or our economy. We just know that we are doing the right thing.

After President Dmitri Buzinsky resigned from his post, Vice President Dominic Frost was sworn in as President to fill in for the last thirteen days of Buzinsky's term. Why, yes, why not?

We hereby refuse the SCO's proposal. We also warn the Laiwanese Government that if they sanction us, the necessary procedures will be taken. We will not invade, but the city of Mura is a concern. We know what that means.

We are more than glad to impose sanctions to Laiwan, and since Ryccia is the only one that buys the Laiwanese Grape, a profitable business for Laiwanese Farmers and the Laiwanese Government, we hereby impose an embargo on the product(let's see how long you'll last, Laiwan!)

Because they allied with you guys, who are hostile to us, and they imposed sanctions on us first. Basically since we are their only trading partner, we look ahead for our interests(We are pressuring Laiwan, what else?)

Edit: I get carried away with singular pronouns, and I regularly fix them when I confuse myself(often) when I post. But it seems I forgot that one. >_<

I'm sorry, but Laiwan is not a singular pronoun.
