Citizenship Law Amendment |
Belschaft was removed las month. Checks are usually (but not necessarily) done at the middle of the month. We all know a March check (which would have been our pre-election check) did not happen. So no, nobody has been removed.
(Unless you count the Vote Collector account, which I recently masked and demasked for testing purposes.) Former Delegate of the South Pacific
Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator. I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum. So the last check was in November?

It's a simply a bad law that has brought our region no benefit, and clearly has massive enforcement issues that aren't worth it to find a way to resolve. Who cares how big our citizenship logs are? It's much better to get rid of all this thankless work and have our admins and elected officials focus on something that adds value to the region.

Totally for removing the post requirement. It's pointless forcing people to post if they just don't feel like posting.

Administration's task should be forum security and doing the necessary actions that are carried out by the government but simply cannot do the task themselves (ie, masking a citizen). Outside of IP checks, that's pretty much it. However, it's clear to me, at least, that there should be a backup plan in case our Vice Delegate needs a rest or something happens.
No posting requirements also makes it easier to flock to the region for elections. But that's none of my business.

All one would have to do is tell people "make two spam posts per month, yo". Realistically, IP checks are what prevent that for the most part. IP checks and activity within the region.
Naw, nothing will ever prevent that as long as security takes a back seat in TSP.
You can make all the backup plans you want, Todd, so long as they do not involve forum administration. Because I sure as hell am not going to do anything about citizens, regardless of how many laws the Assembly passes.
