Thanks for noting that Farengeto, the "removes the clause prohibiting citizenship processing during elections." is problematic.

It appears to have been dropped during the discussion about a 2 tiered system in one of my drafts. I'd like to see it added back in as it wasn't removed intentionally.

Ok, we'll have to vote it down and then maybe start a brand new thread with the draft that was voted out and try to work out some sort of compromise.

Specifying a range of dates for when apps will be put on hold would be important as well. Not specific ones but a range so its can't become three months and is between at least one week to three weeks or something reasonable.

We can have 60% approval too as a compromise, I'm hoping there won't be nonsense anyway.
