As a further update on the military situations, constructions of defenses around the city have been completed, and defensive gun positions have been mounted in the surrounding Bianco Hills. Movements of the rebel armies are being tracked, however intelligence reports that it appears to be noticeably smaller in size.

We recommend using the universally accepted UST, United Southern Time. ((Equivalent to EST.)) This would mean the conference would begin at 1600 UST -2:00.

(For the sake of clarification, is 6 pm tomorrow, for the eastern United States, okay for everyone? Also, for Henn, the capitol is in control of the Sanden government, as a colony, and the rebels consist of natives and previous settlers, gathering an army preparing to storm the capitol. Sorry if I didn't make it clear, and it will all be explained more in depth at the conference)
