Attn: Henn, Behavior of Wolf in Lazarus
#1

Kazmr brought to my attention that Wolf has been causing a fuss in Lazarus over their decision to be a Defender region (which they've been for a while now). He's threatened to start a raider army based within Lazarus, against the will of the region and the Lazarene government. (2/3rds of the region voted to be Defender in a game-side poll.)

Specific threads sent to me:

Given that Wolf is now a General and a leader in the SPSF, he represents TSP abroad, especially when it comes to military gameplay affairs. We cannot have a General antagonizing our ally, threatening to start an illegal paramilitary raider force in their region because he's a raider and the regional government is defender. Generals have a duty to "refrain from conduct abroad which contradicts foreign policy" under our Code of Laws.

Additionally, Wolf's WA nation is currently sitting in Lazarus with 74 endos and growing. He's been endotarting there since his confirmation as General. His WA should be here when not deployed on a mission, not in Lazarus, should it not? Endotarting suggests he's also not intending to have a mobile WA.

I'll talk to him about this.

Delegate of Lazarus in 2006, he says.

WTF does that mean?

If he's making a claim to the delegate's seat based on something that happen a decade ago ... we need to a) alert Laz and b) boot him from the SPSF post haste.

Will we have to remove his citizenship too, since there is no actual legal precedence on kicking someone out of the SPSF that I know of.

Is that what is happening?

We can just revoke him general-ship and alert Laz. We don't have to kick him from the SPSF.

Not sure what to think about this. Seeing as it is 2AM here, I won't be thinking more about it tonight (this morning I guess actually).

Any topic links? These posts could be taken out of context I guess (plus more background would be good).

Seems Wolf has taken an interest in GCR's lately, as he only joined the forums there in April too by the look of it.

No idea why him being delegate 9 years ago is relevant at all.

Er-- what's going on? I posted this as a head's up because Kazmr came to me annoyed that Wolf was threatening to start a raider group in Lazarus, against their proposed laws. Is he doing something else now?

Also, while Wolf says that he's stayed in Lazarus for some transitional support or something, Kazmr did seem concerned with his endo-tarting. There's nothing legally they can do about it, though, until he goes over the endo limit.

I don't have any more info than what's in the thread. Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but Henn's the person who spoke to Wolf.

Wolf Wrote:I'm also a former Delegate in Lazarus since 2006. Might want to point that one out as well. If he argues that anything I do in Lazarus might reflect badly on TSP, remind him that I am both commended for my work in Lazarus in the past, and that I am still the Khan of Lone Wolves United and everyone knew that when my General recommendation was at vote. Tounge

The thing he sent me twice.
