Information: This would be a pretty standard move and endorse mission. The region is pretty small, with only 16 nations. I sent in a puppet 'Mrs Frizzle' in to gather a bit of influence until we can hand on the WZSA delegacy to someone else.
It used to be a TBR tag so it won't cause any ruckus with other nations/regions.
