The Qvaitican Geological Survey is administering an international poll for each nation to answer: does your country produce and/or proliferate chemical weapons? In Qvait, we do not produce nor proliferate these weapons, because we believe that the possession and usage of chemical weapons can never be justified and the usage of it is a crime against humanity.
We produce weapons of the chemical variant.

We only produce non-war riot police chemical weapons such as tear gas, pepper spray and others. All war variations of chemical weapons are banned(like mustard gas, sarin, etc.)

The Voodoo People's Republic of Bruuma produces and mantains stocks of chemical and biological weapons, officially with the sole purpose of being a deterrent for an invasion of the country. Experts however believe that the country has both used these weapons on the battlefield and sold them to friendly regimes and rebel groups.
Puerto Pollo does not have any facility cabale of producing those kind of weapons, nor mantains any stocks.
