These proposals are 'cute' and whatnot but all suffer the same flaw in that they assume the outgoing Admiral Delegate General won't change the official flag and symbols to the flag of St. Stewie and the Dragon.

While I get that they are seemingly competing proposals, Bel made it clear that this proposal is not intended to be exclusionary of other designs whereas the alternative proposal is intended to make the spiral must be used over others.
As such, I'm a tad concerned that contrasting them legislatively is going to seem like "Palm tree or swirl" when the actual effects of each legislation would be different.

I should also note that my bill does not in anyway restrict or prevent the Ministry of Engagement from continuing their graphics project, and nor does it seek to. It simply requires that any flag it eventually produces would need the approval of the Assembly to become the Coalition’s Official flag.
