Peruvians under 70 are also fined if they don't vote.
Former Delegate of the South Pacific
Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator.
I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum.

Also, a voluntary voting system is also a legitimate system. In my opinion, it is the best system. Democracy is voluntary, the will of the people. And if the will of the people is to not vote, then, meh.

There are many pros and cons, but that'd probably be the subject of a TSPU thread.
