Not sure if that's how the law works (I doubt it), but you're not a Nazi or anything so... I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt until somebody says otherwise.
I don't have a room upstairs (there isn't actually anything upstairs... this is a single floor building). There should be space in the basement, but that's where I have my bunker/man-cave... there's also that wrestling ring in the back, but I'm not sure you want to sleep there. I have a couch right there, though *points at couch*
