The BNCA has release an official statement from the regime addressed to the nations of the coalition, inviting them to "cease being accomplices in the oppression of the Serevan people by the Erinoran imperialists" and to "stop tainting themselves by associating with the Ryccian butchers".
The statement adds that they" have nothing to gain but pain and tears" and warns that their "people are already rising up in rage against your injustices" - probably a reference to the recent terrorist attacks by Communist and separatist forces.

The Frost Serevan Expedition High Commander, Grand Admiral Seijurou Kuribayashi, dismissed the Bruuman statement stating, "The Ryccians may be butchers, but we will never forsake our allies [like Erinor] when they have been invaded by a foreign power. Had Bruuma or Ryccia respected the will of people of Erinor and Sereva, we, the Frost Empire, would have never bared our fangs and intervened in support of Erinor."

President Davis has been informed that the body in Erinor has been identified as the pilot's and she has asked that the body be sent home to Qaweritoyu for a funeral. Meanwhile, she has put tariffs and trade restriction on the Bruuman-Qaz trade links.

Chancellor Kirchmann responding to Bruuma: "Currently it's not clear yet, what the motives of the terrorists on NYE were. However that doesn't change that Erinor is our friend and the Serevan secession as well as the Bruuman invasion of Sereva were illegal actions, we have to fight against. We can go back to our homeland and cease fire only if Bruuma ceases too and all currently involved parties - with or without Serevan officials and Ryccia - come together at a round table and try real diplomacy for once."

Despite opposition from the RDP's hardline elements the cease fire in Reizen has largely held with both sides refraining from offensive manuevers. Civilians are hoping that the ceasefire may lead to peace negotiations.

The Reizen Independence Movement and Workers Party of Reizen have agreed to form a coalition government, sidelining the Reizen Democratic Coalition, after neither faction managed to secure a majority in the Reizen legislature in a snap election. The Frost Empire has denounced the move as illegal and refuses to recognize the election results of the rebellious province.
