The Erinoran government has again asked Ryccian forces to stand down and leave Sereva, reminding them that they are only allowed on the island by Erinoran permission and that the terms of the treaty will not allow continued aggression on the island.

Ryccia has refused to leave until all fighting Bafuto Serevai units have been defeated.

Reminding Ryccia that this is technically not their war, the Erinoran government has made a final request to the Ryccians to stand down and withdraw. If they do not, the peace treaty signed with Bruuma will leave no option but for Erinoran forces to blockade, frustrate and, if necessary, engage Ryccian forces acting contrary to these requests.

The Bruuman Monitor has obtained and published a copy of the peace deal between Bruuma and Erinor.
Ryccia has agreed to withdraw, but will execute all Bafuto Serevai POWs in their possession, as they are recognized as terrorists by Ryccia. Bruuman soldiers will be returned to their country, however.

Leader and King Gianluca IV. announced today that Gianlucian troops will withdraw from Sereva the earliest as of Monday, 5th February 2018. Talks between GI-Land and Bruuma, the IFF, Erinor and Ryccia each will take place as of today with the aim to "stabilise our region". He also called Ryccia to be resonable and act under international law, if they "really don't want to play with fire".

After the leak to the Bruuman Monitor, the Erinoran government has released the details of the peace treaty, but had both made any statement regarding the reasons. Commentators are suggesting that, though the Bruuman reasons for such an egalitarian peace remain unknown, it is likely that lobbying from the energy industry ultimately brought Erinor to the table.

Grand Admiral Kuribayashi condemned the Ryccians for their decision to massacre captured Serevans accused of joining the Bafuto Serevai organization. The Admiral was allegedly heard saying that the Ryccia did not have the right to be judge jury and executioner of citizens of a foreign state, and that doing so is an act of barbarism.
