Joke campaigns don't need to be marked as such - see my last dozen or so election campaigns - but they do need to be funny. This really isn't.

To clarify, they need to be marked *if* the intention is to not appear on the ballot, otherwise the EC has to place them on the ballot so long as the basic requirements are met.
