President Blanc announces that the financial markets are to be fully de-regulated on the understanding that there will be no more bail-outs for failed banks and financial institutions. The move is designed to improve the Izaakian financial centres dominance in the sector. With the izaakian financial sector already being the most unregulated in the region some are asking how much of a difference these changes will make.
