Kris, I fully understand your concern, and the concerns other citizens have voiced as well.
I do think that these concerns need to have discussions, and actions, tied to them. However I do not think that they need to be address right here, right now in this amendment.
We should focus first on getting things back to stable as far as the government is concerned, so that we can address the other concerns still open.
We need to allow other citizens from the other forums to transfer back over, get their minds wrapped around everything, and then as a region and a community we can dive into the root problems.
I suggest that if people still feel that strongly about certain aspects of the situation, such as a CSS removal, then another discussion thread should be opened in regards to each specific issue. We should not try to roll everything up into one big "This is what we should do" amendment.
This was a big event for the region and for the community at large, and should be given the proper time of day to address each part of it properly.
