The Council Presidency is held by the member state that is elected, as represented by its ambassador. If we elect Kringalia as Council President, the person doing all the presiding would be Ambassador Jeffrey Vale, because he is my IC representative. With that in mind, one month from now I could change my ambassador, but Kringalia (the member state) would still hold the Presidency. Because we did not elect Jeffrey Vale as President, we elected Kringalia.

I don't know if that makes sense?
