Welcome!

    The idea of an educational institution to prepare fellows in working in the Ministries of Foreign and Regional Affairs was realized by Escade, the Ministress of Foreign Affairs, and Seraph, the Minister of Regional Affairs who both wanted a fellowship program that could train fellows by honing their skills.


    In The Lampshade Academy, you will be trained so that you could be more competent and skilled fellows. This 2017, we will launch the the Fellowship Degree Program (Fd) in Communications, Culture & Integration and in Diplomacy.

    The program will consist of two parts: education and immersion. The first part will consist of one (for Culture & Integration) or two (for Diplomacy and Communications) core subjects, two electives and a third elective that may be switched for Research  (Research is mandatory for Culture & Integration). The second part will then allow the students to apply what they have learned before they graduate.
