Exclusive release: Mischen's Testimony

Ladies and Gentlemen,

we are in a worrying situation right now.
On our southern border, the end of our EEZ, we are in a constant danger of getting hit by a nuclear weapon of the VPRB, if we act in a wrong way.
On our eastern border, we've got a friend, struggling with problems of internal affairs regarding a Serevan independency driven by left-wing extremist rebel groups, which now, as we all know, get supported officially by so called "Bruuman volunteers".
Ryccia wants to take advantage of the situation by intervening in the conflict, perhaps even without Erinoran authorisation, to solve its own internal Tigonese independency conflict. Erinor didn't give any permission to Ryccia, according to our sources, to intervene in the conflict and still the Ryccian administration proceeds to play with the fire of the conflict.
That's why we increased our naval power for patrolling our sea borders and why we allowed the Navy of the IFF to help us taking the risk of fighting against powers thinking they're more powerful than they really are.
To say it in another words: We've got a serious situation with the Serevan conflict and Bruuma's intervention in it, and Ryccia's megalomania only causes the civil war to possibly extend to a full-scale war, maybe even with usage of nuclear weapons, since you all know Bruuma and GI-Land both have those.

GI-Land wants to be the neutral middleground and advised that Bruuma, Erinor and Sereva come together and get into peace talks. While the Ura'sio accepted the offer and Bruuma is at least open for a peaceful, maybe even diplomatic solution, the left-wing extremist rebellic Serevan independency movement though didn't even consider coming to a round table in Atlantis.

GI-Land now tries to build up contact with the leaders of Erinor and Bruuma, first trying to talk seperately, before coming up woth another offer of solving the situation. Ryccian advances of penetrating the borders of GI-Land and Bruuma in an attempt of a blockade of Bruuma will get warded off by us, currently also with the help of the IFF.

To underline the urgency of tackling the conflict also internationally instead of just declaring it an internal affair of Erinor, I'd like to add that Sereva is the nearest island and their ports the nearest to GI-Land's too. Commuter ferry services to Erinor had to get cancelled in the last few weeks. It also got an economic importance for Erinor and GI-Land, maybe even for Bruuma to end this conflict as fast and as peacefully as possible.

Thank you for listening.
