Dear Madam Secretary,

First of all, we would like to express our appreciation towards the Embassy Application of the United Kingdom of Valkyria. Having carefully accessed your Request, it is a great honour for us to announce that the Application of the United Kingdom of Valkyria has been accepted and approved by the President of the Republic.

The President looks forward to welcoming and meeting Ambassador Vanessa Gerst at the Élysée Palace and discuss the relations between our two countries.

The Ambassador will be escorted to the Élysée Palace and the Embassy by the Bzerneleg Secret Service or the Valkyria Secret Service if you may choose otherwise. The Ambassador has the right to choose the date of his arrival, if the Ambassador has chosen, please notify us as soon as possible. Preparations for his arrival are underway, the President of the Republic and I are content and would look forward to meeting you at the Élysée Palace.

Name: Hôtel de Charost

Hôtel de Charost is formerly owned by the wife of King François de Beauharnais and Duchess of Charost, Stéphanie de Beauharnais during the 1870s and 1880s when Bzerneleg was still a monarchy ruled by the House of Beauharnais. From 1915 to 2000, it has been the official headquarters of the Department of the Treasury. It is located near the Élysée Palace.
