The call was received in the afternoon when the Vice President was in his limousine after having picked up his children from school.
Red - Other Green - Conversation between the Vice President and the Sedunnic Minister of Defense
"So, how was school today? Did you have fun?" asked Vice President Underwood to his son Benjamin (10 years old) and daughter Rosemary (8 years old).
"Daddy, today we made hot dogs and iced tea at school," replied Rosemary, "I remember I still have a piece of it left and so I'll give it to you!"
"Here you go, daddy! Is it tasty?"
(Rosemary then proceeds to feed the Vice President a piece of the hot dog.)
"Mhhmm, very delicious indeed!" said Vice President Underwood.
(His personal phone then rang.)
"Hello?"
"Mr. Vice President, you are receiving a call from the Minister of Defense Derrns Kappsaty from the Kingdom of Sedunn." said the operator.
"Could you please ask the Minister to wait for a moment and put the call on hold?" asked Vice President Underwood.
"Yes, sir." replied the operator.
"Daddy, who was that?" asked Benjamin.
"It's a friend of mine from another country," replied the Vice President, "now I'm going to have to drop you off at home 'cause I need to visit the President for a meeting."
"Tell him that I'd love to give him some hot dogs, dad! Bye bye, daddy!" said Rosemary.
The Vice President then replied and gave them both a hug, "I sure will. Go say hi to Mom!"
"Alright, please resume the call." said Vice President Underwood to the operator.
"It is now ready, sir." replied the operator.
"Mr. Minister, how are you today, sir?" said the Vice President.
"I apologize for letting you wait. I had to drop my children off back home from school. What is it that prompted you to discuss with me, sir?"
While Vice President Underwood is having a call with Sedunn's defense minister, the President and others in his close cirle are anxiously waiting for the Vice President to discuss on the recent revelation of scandals regarding the Reizen Civil War.

THE BZERNELEG EMBASSY in STOCKHOLM, VALKYRIA
12:00 (UTC), MAY 30
Today is a happy and important day, because Bzerneleg is officially starting a series of openings around the South Pacific with its cultural centres, the first one being in Valkyria. The decision was made to show Valkyria's potential value in the country's foreign policy, especially on the issue of the Reizen Civil War. Valkyria supports a free and democratic Reizen, and so does Bzerneleg.
It is placing less emphasis on the military game which has so far produced limited results, and now more on building alliances with countries having common interests in Reizen.
