Legislators, Please be advised that the vote to amend Articles 6, 7 and 8 of the Charter of the South Pacific has PASSED. The final tally is 30 in favour, 7 in opposition, with 11 abstaining, for a total of 48 votes. The vote was passed with 81% voting in favour, exceeding the requirement for a three-fifths supermajority of those voting with the exclusion of abstentions. BZERNELEG
