Do not use DM or private group chats for any official work in the ministry. Always use this server for any planning, requesting, discussion, update,... DM and private chat groups should only be used in highly exceptional cases with approval from the minister.

If you need any help on anything or want to complain about something, no matter how silly the question/request/complaint is, ask anyone, it is recommended to ask your project's coordinator or ask minister @USoVietnam for the most accurate response. If your needs are sensitive, you can and should DM.

Remember to have fun! This is a game, work at your own pace, ability and enjoyment. Any deadline or expectations are pretty much just for reference, but if you need to be away for sometime or can't meet deadline/can't do something, notify your project's coordinator or minister @USoVietnam so they will help or reassign your work to others.
