Final Result Placement of Voter Restrictions

Ayes: 39 75.0% \| 90.7% (discounting abstentions)	Nays: 4 7.7% \| 9.3% (discounting abstentions)
There were 9 Abstentions (17.3%); 40 legislators were absent. Thus, attendance for this vote was 56.5%.
In light of these results, the proposal passes, having achieved the required majority (>60%).
